Z-Inverter (Enantiomer Generator)

Explanation

This tool inverts the sign of the Z coordinate for each atom in a multi-molecule XYZ file. Here's how it works:

1. Upload your XYZ file using the file input above.
2. Click the "Invert Z-Coordinate" button to process the file.
3. The tool reads the input XYZ file content molecule by molecule.
4. It inverts the sign of the Z coordinate by multiplying it by -1.
5. The process thus generates enantiomeric (mirrored) structures.
6. Finally, it provides a download link for the processed XYZ file with inverted Z coordinates.

Note: A single-molecule XYZ file will be also inverted correctly.
